Zoriana Moulton

Senior Outreach Manager

Zoriana Moulton is the Senior Outreach Manager for the Global Women's Innovation Network (GlobalWIN). Before joining GlobalWIN, Zoriana served for two years as a Special Assistant to the Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), gaining valuable executive experience. In her capacity, she managed a Cabinet Member’s schedule, coordinated high-level trip logistics, and managed approval processes within the agency. Her career also includes a diverse range of experiences, including a role as a Maitre’d at Le Diplomate, a Washington, D.C. restaurant, where she honed her skills in customer service, operations, and team leadership.

Zoriana graduated from the Catholic University of America with a BA in Political Science, along with minors in Hispanic Studies and Social Work. During her time at college, she gained significant political experience by interning in the U.S. House of Representatives, the Executive branch, and the New York for Biden/Harris Campaign in 2020. Zoriana is originally from Saratoga, New York and has spent the last five years in Washington, DC.
